Some frequently asked questions from new clients:

If you have any questions that are not addressed below, please feel free to CONTACT TOMMY.

01

How do I know if I need a personal trainer?

If you're trying to keep up in a class, want to refine your skills, are training for an event, or just want to feel better in your body, Tommy can assist you in creating a personalized workout.

02

How does the process work?

It starts with a brief consultation and questionnaire. Afterward Tommy will assess any dysfunction that may or may not be present in your current movement patterns... then training can begin!  And is typically 2-5x per week, depending on your fitness goals.

03

What kinds of results can I expect?

It really depends on how often you train, both with and without Tommy, and also your personal habits and diet. Some people are looking to lose weight, others to gain muscle, and others to improve racing times. Just like anything else, the more you put in, the more you get out.  However, that does not necessarily mean you need to work out for long periods of time.  Most important is being consistent with the effort you are putting in during your workouts and maintaining that discipline on off days.

04

What about pricing?

Pricing ranges depending on the type of services you require and how often you train.  There are packages available at a discounted rate, as well.  CONTACT TOMMY for more details.

05

What geographic areas do you serve?

Tommy works in the Greater Los Angeles area, including, but not limited to: Santa Monica, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and various areas of the San Fernando Valley.
