About Tommy Stewart

With over 30 years experience as a professional recording and touring drummer, including 3 multi-platinum bands, Tommy understands how the demands put on the mind and body can affect performance, while maintaining efficiency in movement. His passion for health manifested through this experience and it can be seen in his tireless effort to learn and convey as much as possible to his clients. 

 

Tommy has been inspiring people to achieve a greater quality of life and health through body awareness and proper movement patterns since 2005. In addition, he has studied at length and can use several different modalities to get the most out of his clients including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais method as well as more traditional body training and many other types of movement.

 

 

Working together, with a sound nutrition plan you can expect to  achieve all of your fitness goals…. fat loss, athletic performance, lean muscle mass gain, functional movement, better long distance running times, etc. 

 

 

Tommy's philosophy is very simply Functional Body Movement. While each person may have specific goals, how we move our bodies in space, in everyday functional ways, will serve everyone in the long run. 

 

He enjoys working with people who are also passionate about getting the most out of life, and helping others find solutions to navigate through life’s challenges with vigor and purpose.
